One of NARIDE's most visible achievements has been the revival of five agricultural cooperative societies that now serve as vital economic hubs for communities across Eastern Uganda — creating employment, enabling value addition, and connecting smallholder farmers to better markets.

To promote collective marketing and value addition by restoring cooperative societies across 5 districts, creating jobs for over 5,000 community members.
